Facebook for most of us undoubtedly has become a daily routine. With ever increasing number of facebookers, I thought of sharing some gyaan that might be helpful to anyone or everyone who happens to come to my blog.
To start with, I shall be discussing one of the many new features thrown at us by Facebook. I am talking about tagging friends while we comment on any friends status, or a shared video, or a link maybe or perhaps something random. This tagging feature was there before but used to work only with the status updates'. But now the same feature is available in comments.
How to do it? Very simple. Whenever you want to tag any of your friends in any comment just start with '@' and start typing your friend's name. A drop down list should appear (in case you have many friends) and makes your job of selecting the friend easy. Once done compiling the comment just HIT enter and your tagged friend will receive a notification as follows; "ms-cube has mentioned you in a comment".
Why would you want to mention anyone in a comment can have many reasons, you know them better.
