how'd be the day of my death?

There's nothing creepy don't worry. I only wanted to share a song by 'Just Jack' which is a journey from the early morning till the hour of disaster. The narrator in detail describes his morning, his way to office, the circumstances on the way, and even about a moment before his death. The best thing is he still has concerns for his loved ones. Seemingly it was his best day but he died before having completely enjoyed it, I just wonder if I'd be able to. Life:it's way too strange.

This ain't no official video (couldn't trace one), i just wanted to share it.

This is the complete version with lyrics.

three of i don't know how many

Some more of the songs I couldn't miss but share.

1. Fix You by Coldplay
When you try your best, but you don't succeed
When you get what you want, but not what you need
When you feel so tired, but you can't sleep
Stuck in reverse
......................
And the tears come streaming down your face
When you lose something you can't replace
When you love someone, but it goes to waste
Could it be worse?
Huh...what do i say about this? It's motivational, inspirational, emotional and rational. I personally like the hard fact with which i can easily relate for not getting what i want but thankfully getting what i need.  How at times the  feeling of utter helplessness haunts us when we lose someone and for the worth of this world can't get that person back. Tears really come streaming down at such an instance (not necessarily physical tears).

2.Jaage hain form the movie Guru
This again is a motivational kind, and if you haven't listened to it please do. The whole feeling would certainly be mesmerizing. How at times we have unaccomplished missions and we strive hard to bring them to a successful halt and how we long for a snap in the middle but can't and won't. It deals with that sense in which we hope that every day is a new day and every dawn brings in a renaissance along with the sunshine.

3. Marching on(timbo version) by Timabaland ft. One Republic
So many hills we had to climb,
Almost been out of strength,But we kept,

Slowly marchin’ on…
......................
Tryin’ to heal the wounds, we couldn’t get to clouds,
That’s where the tears dried up,
We’re okay,
We kept marchin’ on…
......................
There's so many wars we fight,
There's so many things we're not,
But with what we have,
I promise you that,
We're marchin' on,
We're marchin' on,
We’re marchin’ on…
I just love the way this song has been moulded from it's RIGHT, RIGHT, RIGHT, LEFT RIGHT version to this Timbo version. This number is also very attractive and the tunes are bound to remain in your head for quite a while. I really like the above line which were added presumably by Timbaland. They give a special meaning to the entire song and raises the worth to a whole new level. It explains you very explicitly how we should try, try and try and never say die.

two of i don't know how many

I couldn't stop but write about some more songs that i liked. Here are a few of i don't have a clue how many.

1. Here without you by 3 Doors Down

The miles just keep rollin'
As the people leave their way to say hello
I've heard this life is overrated
But I hope that it gets better as we go

The song, the music, the lyrics and everything about this is just awesome. The feeling that is expressed in the above lines is very trembling especially for those who stay away from their loved ones so as to earn them a better living. It can also be thought of as the situation in which you miss someone very badly yet have no choice to reunite and you count on life and attempt to move on.

2. Do Nishaniyan from the movie 'Jhootha hi sahi'

This melody, a more of a ballad is the result of a lethal combination. Sonu Nigam's voice and Rahman's score spell nothing but true magic. The song has a great depth in terms of lyrics and depiction. The moment where your life completely transforms due to the induction of a new personality and how you get addicted to this new element of your life and how you suddenly get insecure about the trivial turned precious possessions of yours is very beautifully expressed. Then the lyrics move on to suggest how unworthy you feel of having this sacred angel with you and how you'd turn to stone if you are distanced from it. Very beautiful flow of thoughts indeed.

3. The reason by Hoobastank

I'm sorry that I hurt you
It's something I must live with everyday
And all the pain I put you through
I wish that I could take it all away
And be the one who catches all your tears
Thats why i need you to hear
I've found a reason for me
To change who I used to be
A reason to start over new

           and the reason is You

Pretty much like the earlier song, this one also walks through the same path of showcasing the importance of that special element without whom you'd be as dead as a stone. However, there are a few negative shades in this one. It shows in a very subtle manner as to how sometimes we end up hurting and pretty badly the ones whom we love, respect and care the most. But, at the end of the day your concern for that same person is un-equalled and you are apologetic since you feel and most certainly are incomplete without them and a quick repair of the slightly withered trust is more than what you need for your world to make sense.

one of i don't know how many

Whoa! Finally got to write on my blog after a long time. These work loads and responsibilities make you nothing less than a machine. Being human is becoming a challenge day by day. Anyways, from here on I am starting this new label 'lyrical excerpts' wherein I would be taking some lines or paras from the songs I liked or listened to. It can be of any language or context, all I share is the way it was portrayed or what those lines mean to me. I am starting off with a few lyrics that i can remember as of now. Here we go...................

1. Your body is a wonderland by John Mayer
Something 'bout the way the hair falls in your face
I love the shape you take when crawling towards the pillowcase
You tell me where to go and
Though I might leave to find it
I'll never let your head hit the bed
Without my hand behind it

This is a very beautiful number and perhaps a John Mayer signature. The way he describes the sensual features of the fairer sex in the start of this song is worth mentioning (porcelain skin, candy lips, bubble gum tongue). The above mentioned part however describes the concern, the empathy and the love in a very subtle fashion and leaves the listener spell bound(at least I was).

2. Title track of the movie Kaminey

This is a very slow and smooth ballad that runs in the background when it is played in the movie. This song has got a lot of depth in terms of the music and the lyrics. It reflects pretty straight forwardly the hardships faced and humongous efforts put in to live and not just exist. This reminds me of the quote "maturity is said to be achieved only when we accept life as full of compromises!". Tough to decipher but true when understood.

3. You'll never know by MLTR
Take a look around this lonely place
Where a mask is worn on every face
And painted lips gently kiss
The end of their cigarettes

This world is dressed in such finess
To cover all the emptiness
We're standing here in between
The pages of a magazine

Although I am not a great admirer of MLTR (Michael Learns to Rock) simply because of their monotony and utter lack of diversity, I enjoy this particular number however. I actually started relating to this song until lately because the lyrics grow onto you slowly yet steadily, are very compelling and make you ponder about the false hoods of this life and how we all tend to run marathons despite being blind folded. And yeah painted lips kissing the cigarettes hints towards the glamor and bling that every young and old is fascinated with and how we go through this voyage called life all alone despite being in a caravan of some sort.

Whats in a name? Every bloody thing is only in the name.

Like most of my other articles this one is also based on one of observations. It was the end of a busy day for me from office and i had some eager friends to meet after dinner. So i thought of giving myself a bit of relaxation before catapulting into a fun filled, rather tiring night. Like most of us, i sat before the idiot box and browsed through the available channels. I stopped however at a local channel that was relaying a mundane Q&A program based on religious beliefs(i wonder why they do it so unprofessionally).

Here comes my observation part. The moment I was about to change the channel, a phone(in the LIVE program) rang and after a mutual hi, hello the question was posed. The caller asked the host if the name of his daughter was appropriate and what it meant, and sought some advice if he should consider changing it. Now I don't remember what name he asked the meaning of, but this question triggered my attempting to relax nerves. During the fun filled night that followed, i was binded against my will to think about how the baby naming procedure goes. I haven't been through it yet, to know what it is, but that doesn't refrain me to formulate ideas.

In my opinion, there's this sometimes lengthy sometimes already decided procedure that happens every while a baby is welcomed in to this beautiful place called earth. Parents, i presume go about naming their children in the following ways.

   * Name the baby after an ancestor, just to keep up the legacy.
   * Name the baby after someone whom they admire or want their baby to be like.
   * They tend to follow the trends and name the baby after the popular names doing rounds.
   * Just a random name, that came out of the blues and they like its pronunciation.
   * Name something very unusual, so that people do not forget it.

Whatever the procedure applied, do we ever attempt to investigate the meaning or the significance that the given name would bear on the toddler's future? I believe name is what defines a person's characteristic, it atleast is an essential component in deciding it. Mister Shakespeare very famously quoted "what's in a name", but did he forget to write his name after that quote? I don't think so.
For instance my pen name MS-CUBE or maybe the name of my blog raise2replace  have been chosen after a significant amount of thinking and reasoning. I gave this examples because not just humans, but every thing, place or whatever deserve a good name.
Hence I would suggest every reading this to ponder a while before naming anyone or anything that you may get a chance to. This article may not have made much sense, but I thought of writing on this topic and I did. If you have any queries or have any suggestions that you'd like to include I'd be glad.
